 1 Head of Cauliflower
 3 tbsp Butter
 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
 1 oz Chicken Broth
 2 tbsp Chives
 2 cloves Garlicminced
 Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

In a steamer, put the cauliflower in and steam until it is tender enough.

Mash the cauliflower with butter, parmesan cheese, garlic, and chicken broth in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Top with chives. Best served warm.
