This Keto Ketchup is the perfect condiment for your keto meals. Making this Keto Ketchup at home lets you control the sweetness and limit the sugar.

 1 cup Tomato Puree
  cup Waterdivided
 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
 1 tsp Onion Powder
 ½ tsp Garlic Powder
 ½ tsp Coriander Powder
  tsp Mustard Powder
  tsp Ground Cloves
  tsp Paprika
 1 tsp Sea Salt
  tsp Celery Salt
 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
 ¼ tsp Black Pepper
 Sweetener to taste

Use an immersion blender to mix all of the ingredients together. Continue to whisk for 30-60 seconds to obtain a smooth and creamy mixture to your liking.

Transfer the mix to a small saucepan over low heat. Leave to simmer for 10 Minutes or more depending on how thick you like your ketchup. Stir occasionally to avoid burning the sauce.

Spoon out a small amount and sample the flavor. Include more vinegar, salt, or sweetener if necessary. Take out from the heat.

Let sit to cool for a few minutes before putting in the fridge to store. The ketchup can be kept up to 2-3 weeks.
