 2 lbs Chicken Thighs
 ¼ cup Lime Juice
  cup Liquid Aminos
 2 tsp Olive Oil
 3 cloves Garlicminced
 2 tbsp Gingerpeeled and minced
 1 tsp Allspice
 ½ tsp Cinnamon
 ¼ tsp Nutmeg
 Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a large Ziploc bag or storage container with a lid. Refrigerate mixture for at least 6 hours.

Take chicken from refrigerator and remove thighs from marinade; discard marinade.

Place thighs into a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat until chicken is cooked through or grill for best results.
