Keto Jalapeno Poppers

These Keto Jalapeno Poppers are fried to a perfect golden brown and stuffed with lots of cheese and bacon! Perfect keto snack or side dish if you need the calories!

For the Batter
 2 Large Eggs
 4 tbsp Almond Flour
 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
 1 tbsp Water
For the Filling
 6 Slices Bacon
 4 oz Cream Cheese
 4 oz Cheddar Cheeseshredded
 1.50 oz Jalapeno Slices

Cook the bacon and crumble

Chop up the Jalapeno slices

Combine the bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Jalapeno slices

Form into 20 balls and refrigerate the balls

While the balls are cooling, make the batter by whisking the eggs then adding the Almond flour, parmesan and cheese

Coat the balls and refrigerate again

Fry the balls until golden brown. Serve warm.
