Keto Gingerbread Fat Bombs

These Keto Gingerbread Fat Bombs are a holiday treat. Perfect with a nice cup of tea or coffee.

 2 cups Almond Flour
 1 cup Granulated Sweetenerdivided
 1 tsp Ground Ginger
 2 tsp Cinnamondivided
 ½ tsp Nutmeg
 ¼ tsp Sea Salt
 6 tbsp Buttermelted
 1 tbsp Sugar Free Syrup

Add all of the dry ingredients (reserving half of the sugar and cinnamon for later) to a medium sized bowl and mix to combine.

Stir in the melted butter and to form a thick dough.

Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out a portion of dough and roll it into a ball. Dip in cinnamon and granulated sweeter mix.

Place the balls in an air tight container and refrigerate for 1 hour. Keep in the refrigerator for snacking!
