 1 lb Shrimppeeled and deveined
 1 Head of Broccolicut into florets
  cup Reduced Sugar Ketchup
 1 clove Garlicminced
 3 tbsp Soy Sauce or Liquid Aminos
 2 tbsp White Vinegar
 2 tbsp Granulated Sweetener
 1 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
 Salt and Pepper to taste
 1 tbsp Sesame Seedoptional

In a skillet over medium heat, combine garlic, liquid aminos, vinegar, sweetener, and ketchup. Bring to a boil and then turn off heat.

Steam, air fry or pan fry broccoli until tender.

In a medium mixing bowl, season shrimp with salt and pepper.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and cook shrimp until golden and cooked through.

Spoon sauce over shrimp and stir-fry until slightly caramelized.
