This light but filling Garlic Cilantro Shrimp is delicious. Seafood in a buttery herb sauce that will certainly delight any keto dieter.

 1 lb Medium Shrimppeeled and deveined
 ¼ cup Cilantrochopped
 ¼ cup Onionminced
 4 tbsp Olive Oil
 2 tbsp Buttermelted
 2 cloves Garlicminced
 2 tsp Lime Juice

In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons olive oil, garlic, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and cilantro.

Pour over shrimp and mix until all the shrimp are coated. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp. olive oil and onions; cook until fragrant.

Add shrimp and cook on one side until pink, then flip. Cook until shrimp is cooked through.

Drizzle more olive oil and the melted butter, then serve and enjoy.
