These Keto Garlic and Cheese Biscuits are the perfect side to many keto meals. They can even be used as bread for a keto sandwich.

 3 Eggs
 ½ cup Cheddar or Mozzarella Cheeseshredded
 2 tbsp Parmesan
 3 tbsp Coconut Flour
 2 tbsp Butter
 1 clove Garlicminced
 ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
 1 pinch Onion Powder
 ¼ tsp Xanthan Gum
 Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a bowl combine coconut flour with xanthan gum.

Mix beaten eggs, melted butter, minced garlic, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper in a separate bowl and whisk in coconut flour with xanthan gum.

Add shredded mozzarella, parmesan and stir well.

Scoop the mixture and form small balls.

Bake for 15 Minutes and serve.
