Keto Egg Drop Soup

This simple Keto Egg Drop Soup takes only a few minutes and tastes just like takeout. Enjoy as a side dish with your favorite Keto Asian food.

 4 cups Chicken Stock
 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos
 3 Eggsbeaten
 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
 ½ tsp Fresh Gingergrated
 Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
 Optional Garnish of Chopped Green Onions

Place a pot on the stove over medium-high heat. Add the stock, ginger, and coconut aminos together and bring to a boil.

Add the xanthan gum slowly and stir continuously to incorporate. Let mixture boil for another 2 Minutes.

While stirring in a clockwise motion, slowly pour the beaten eggs into the hot liquid. Let the soup simmer for 5 Minutes.
