 1 Avocado Cubed or sliced
 ½ cup Cashews
 ½ cup Kalamata Olives
 2 Roma Tomatoes
 1 ½ oz Red Onionrough chopped
 ½ cup Feta Cheesecrumbled or chopped
 4 oz Peppered Salamicut into strips

In a large mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, avocado, cashews, Kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and salami.
Toss with your favorite dressing before serving.
