Coconut Macaroons are back on the menu! This delicious Keto Coconut Macaroon recipe is a great sugar-free alternative to your favorite coconut treat.

 4 Egg Whites1/2 Cup
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 ½ tsp EZ-Sweetsequivalent of 1 cup artificial sweetener
 4 ½ tsp Water
 2 cups Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.


Combine egg whites and other liquids. Add Coconut and mix.


If the mixture is too loose, hit it with the immersion blender to reduce the coconut size and fix the mixture more.


Spread on a greased whoopie pie pan.


Put the macaroons into the oven and immediately reduce the oven temperature to 325 degrees. Bake for 14 Minutes. Remove and allow to cool before serving.
