These Keto Cloud Breads are simple and are even better the day after baking. This Keto Cloud Bread is only 3 ingredients and only takes 30 minutes from prep to out of the oven.
Set the oven to 350°F to preheat.
Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Place the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another.
Add the cream cheese in the egg yolks. Whisk the egg whites along with the cream of tartar. Whip at high speed until some peaks start to form and the mixture becomes fluffy enough.
Pour the egg yolk mixture into the egg white mixture. Fold together until fully incorporated. Remember not to overmix as this will destroy the fluffiness of the mixture.
Spoon the mixture to make 10 circular batters on the baking sheet.
Let stand to cool for 5 minutes.
