This Keto Chocolate Mason Jar Ice Cream is super easy to make and takes great! The vodka helps keep the ice cream from hardening too much but is optional.

 1 cup Heavy Cream
 2 tbsp Granulated Erythritol
 1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 1 tbsp Vodkaoptional

Combine all ingredients in a wide mouth pint sized mason jar. Screw the lid on and shake vigorously for 5 Minutes. The liquid inside should double in volume, filling the mason jar.

Freeze for 3 Hours up to 24 hours.
