 1 lb Chicken Thighs, boneless skinlesscut into small chunks
 ¼ cup Onionfinely chopped
 3 cloves Garlicminced
 3 tbsp Olive Oil
 3 tbsp Liquid Aminos
 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
 1 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
 1 pinch Ground Ginger
 6 Butter Lettuce Leaves
 Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the oil and then add chicken.

Cook until chicken is cooked, about 7 Minutes; reduce heat slightly.

Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 5 Minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Spoon a serving of the mixture onto the lettuce leaves.
