These Keto Cheesy Chicken Fritters are tasty and easy to make. They are versatile and can be served with any of your favorite Keto sauce.

 1 lb Ground Chicken
 ¼ cup Almond Flour
 1 Egg
 2 oz Mozzarella Cheese
 1 tbsp Parsley
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

In a bowl, combine ground chicken, beaten egg, almond flour, cheese, parsley and seasonings and mix well until combined.

Scoop the mixture and form patties.

Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat and fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Transfer to a plate and serve with some leafy greens and a sauce of your choice. Serve.
