 6 6 Sausage Patties or links or bacon slicescooked and chopped
 6 Eggs
  cup Heavy Cream
 1 Avocado
 6 oz Cheddar Cheese
 Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Evenly divide the avocado, sausage, and cheese in a greased muffin tin.

Beat eggs and heavy cream together in a bowl then pour into each cup evenly. Top with black pepper to taste.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F; if desired, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes until top is browned. Enjoy!
