These Keto Coconut Cheesecake Fat Bombs are a break from the chocolate fat bombs that we are so familiar with. These can be stored in the freezer whenever you need a fast keto snack.

 8 oz Shredded Coconutno sugar added
 3 tbsp Coconut Oilroom temperature
 ½ tbsp Granulated Sweetener
 2 oz Cream Cheese
 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Put the coconut, coconut oil, stevia extract and vanilla in a blender and mix them together.

Add the cream cheese and mix again.

Make small balls from the mixture. Roll in coconut if you want the flavor to be really coconutty.

Chill and serve.
